Nearly 300 job seekers attended a job fair organized by Congressman Marlin Stutzman (IN-03) at Purdue University Fort Wayne. The event was held in partnership with WorkOne and aimed to connect individuals seeking employment with local employers. During the event, companies accepted resumes, conducted interviews, and made hires on site.
Congressman Stutzman expressed appreciation for those involved in organizing the event. “I was incredibly grateful to be able to host this year’s job fair and give hope to hundreds of job seekers in northeast Indiana,” said Rep. Stutzman. “I thank the employers, PFW, and WorkOne for their assistance in making this year’s event a success for everyone who attended. I am looking forward to hosting this annual event for years to come!”
The job fair is part of ongoing efforts in northeast Indiana to support workforce development and create opportunities for residents.
