Saturday, March 22: Homestead High School standout Ava Mejia’s college team wins to UMary Marauders

On Saturday, March 22, former Homestead High School standout Ava Mejia’s current college team, the Sioux Falls Cougars, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UMary Marauders.

The game took place at UMary Softball Field. This was their first matchup against the Marauders this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 1 p.m. at UMary Softball Field against UMary Marauders.
