Hearing Scheduled For All In Allen Comprehensive Plan Adoption
Allen County and the City of Fort Wayne will conduct a joint Plan Commission Public Hearing on the All In Allen Comprehensive Plan. At the hearing, a summary of the final draft plan will be presented and the public will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback before the plan moves on to final adoption.
The Joint Plan Commission Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 26, at 6 p.m. in the Omni Room (Room 045) of Citizens Square at 200 East Berry Street in Fort Wayne. The County and City Plan Commissions will make their final recommendations on the plan at their regularly scheduled Business Meetings in November. Final plan adoption is anticipated for December for Allen County and the City of Fort Wayne, and beginning in January 2023 for the communities of Grabill, Huntertown, Monroeville and Woodburn.
The adoption draft of the Plan is available on the All In Allen website at www.ALLINALLEN.org. Printed versions of the plan are also available for review in the City of Fort Wayne Community Development and the Allen County Department of Planning Services offices in Citizens Square (200 East Berry Street, Fort Wayne).
