Notice Of Request For Proposals For Wells County Attorney
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Wells (the “Commissioners”), requests any attorney in good standing admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, who is interested in being considered by the Commissioners for appointment as the Wells County Attorney in 2023, to submit a Board Appointment Application ("Application"), which may be found on the County's web site at https://wellscounty.org/county-commissioners/
Applications shall be received by the Commissioners until 2:00 PM, applicable Eastern Time on Friday, December 16, 2022, if mailed, to the Wells County Commissioners, c/o Ms. Lisa McCormick, Wells County Auditor, 102 West Market Street, Suite 205, Bluffton, Indiana 46714, and if delivered in person, to the Wells County Commissioners, c/o Ms. Lisa McCormick, Wells County Auditor, 102 West Market Street, Suite 205, Bluffton, Indiana 46714. To obtain a copy of the Application or ask any questions regarding any other available additional information regarding the Appointment, please contact Mr. Michael Vanover, President of the Board of Commissioners of Wells County, Indiana, c/o Ms. Lisa McCormick, Wells County Auditor, 102 West Market Street, Suite 205, Bluffton, Indiana 46714, phone: (260) 273-4950, e-mail: michael.vanover@wellscounty.org.All responses to the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ("RFP") received by the date and time set forth above, which shall be determined solely by the Commissioners in its sole and complete discretion, who will then evaluate all responses and make a determination regarding which Applicant it believes in its sole and complete discretion provides the best value to the Commissioners with respect to the Appointment.The Commissioners reserve the right to reject for any reason and for no reason at all any and all responses received to the RFP and to be the sole judges of the value and merit of the responses offered.
