The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate James E. Banks, Jim Banks for Congress, Inc., refunded $2,800 to Corinne Spence on August 7, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Jim Banks for Congress, Inc. refunded $4,200 total since March 1.
