August 14, 2024 - The Fort Wayne Fire Department today announced the promotions of four individuals.
Jason Ebert has been promoted to Battalion Chief – Operations. Anthony Jennings has been promoted to Captain/Inspector – Fire Prevention. Amber Stine has been promoted to Captain/Educator – Safety Village. Peter Vanderweele has been promoted to Captain – Operations.
“Public safety continues to be a top priority of my administration. We’re working each day to help ensure that residents are receiving the best services possible. Today’s ceremony showcased individuals who are committed to meeting the needs of the public in a meaningful way and I congratulate each one of them,” said Mayor Sharon Tucker.
