Fort Wayne schools prepare to welcome Class of 2029

Fort Wayne Community Schools is preparing to welcome the Class of 2029 through orientation events designed for incoming freshmen and their families. These events will introduce them to the opportunities available at the district's five traditional high schools and the Fort Wayne Virtual Academy.

Additionally, Fort Wayne Community Schools has scheduled a community information meeting to discuss details regarding the stadium project at Snider High School.

North Side High School is organizing its 37th annual Christmas Party for Kids Surviving Cancer, continuing its tradition of support and celebration.

In preparation for Thanksgiving, Harrison Hill Elementary will host the 37th Annual Gobble Off event. Meanwhile, Weisser Park is set to hold a Thanksgiving parade with this year's theme being "Balloons above Broadway."
