More than 100 Career and Technical Education students are set to participate in the 17th Annual SkillsUSA Regional Competition. The event provides a platform for students to demonstrate their skills in various technical fields.

In related educational developments, Arlington Elementary School is scheduled to transition into Arlington STEM Elementary School this fall. This change will see the implementation of the Project Lead the Way curriculum, which emphasizes science, technology, engineering, and math.

Fort Wayne Community Schools has announced several initiatives aimed at engaging students and families. Incoming freshmen and their families are invited to explore opportunities at the District’s five traditional high schools as well as the Fort Wayne Virtual Academy.

Additionally, Fort Wayne Community Schools will conduct a community information meeting regarding the stadium project at Snider High School. This meeting aims to inform and involve community members in upcoming developments.

Meanwhile, North Side High School is preparing for its 37th annual Christmas Party for Kids Surviving Cancer, continuing its tradition of supporting young cancer survivors during the holiday season.
