Students at five elementary schools and all middle schools in the Fort Wayne Community Schools district will be participating in biking activities to school over the next two weeks. This initiative is part of a celebration aimed at encouraging students to ride bikes to school.

Recently, the Fort Wayne Community Schools Board of School Trustees approved new administrative appointments during a meeting held on April 28. Additionally, the district's 11 middle schools and the Fort Wayne Virtual Academy are organizing 6th Grade Orientation and Open House events, helping incoming students transition smoothly.

Moreover, Fort Wayne Community Schools is holding its annual Passport to Pre-K registration to assist young learners in preparing for school. In a broader effort to enhance educational opportunities, the district will host special reveal celebrations at all five high schools and the Fort Wayne Virtual Academy. These events will introduce students to the Schools of Success program.
