Fort Wayne Community Schools will introduce Nutrislice, a digital platform designed to help families access daily breakfast and lunch menus on smartphones, tablets, or computers for the 2025-26 school year.
The district is also preparing for the start of the new academic year with its annual Back-to-School Block Party. In addition, students entering sixth and ninth grades will attend Transition Day from 8 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, July 29.
Registration for all elementary, middle, and high schools will take place in person from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 24.
Fort Wayne Virtual Academy (FWVA), the district’s virtual learning program, is expanding its services to include any student in grades 6-12 throughout Indiana.
