Rep. Marlin Stutzman, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Indiana's 3rd congressional district, recently posted several messages on his social media account addressing legislative priorities and sharing personal reflections.

On September 6, 2025, Stutzman commented on the objectives of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., writing "RFK wants 3 things:

America to have healthier children

Poisons to be removed from the food we eat

To know the truth behind the COVID shutdowns and vaccine mandates

The Senators who berated him this week are not looking out for the best interests of the American people."

The following day, September 7, he shared a biblical passage with his followers: “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

— Romans 15:13

On September 8, Stutzman highlighted recent legislative efforts affecting retirees. He stated "The Working Families Tax Cut Act is excellent news for seniors.

It eliminates taxes on Social Security for a large majority of recipients, meaning they will pay no tax on their benefits

This change supports retirees in keeping more of their hard-earned income!" The Working Families Tax Cut Act aims to provide financial relief to seniors by removing federal taxes from Social Security benefits for most recipients—a policy shift intended to help retirees retain more disposable income.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., referenced in Stutzman's post, has been an advocate for health-related issues and transparency regarding public health measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. His positions have drawn both support and criticism in political circles.

Congress has periodically debated reforms related to Social Security taxation. Proposals like those mentioned by Rep. Stutzman are part of broader discussions about retirement security and economic support for older Americans.
