Harrison Hill Elementary is preparing to host the 37th Annual Gobble Off, just in time for Thanksgiving. The event promises to be a highlight of the holiday season for the community.

In another part of town, Weisser Park will be the venue for this year's Thanksgiving parade. The theme chosen for this year is “Balloons above Broadway,” which is expected to draw significant interest and participation.

Meanwhile, students from FWCS Career Academy's Culinary Arts program are once again stepping up to provide free holiday meals to those in need. This initiative has become a valued tradition within the community.

Fort Wayne Community Schools recently celebrated a successful launch of their Schools of Success program with an event titled "Ready, Set, Launch!" This marks a new chapter in educational achievements for the district.

Additionally, Fort Wayne Community Schools will commemorate Veterans Day through various activities and events across the district. Students are set to honor veterans within their families by performing patriotic music and exploring military careers.
