Study Connection celebrates its 36th year of connecting with students at the Annual Celebration and Recognition Breakfast on Thursday, Aug. 22.
The new school year is approaching, and Fort Wayne Community Schools (FWCS) is initiating it with the annual FWCS Back-to-School Block Party. The event aims to offer students entering kindergarten, sixth, and ninth grades a preview of their upcoming school year to alleviate first-day anxieties.
Teams led by community volunteers will engage in cleaning, painting, and enhancing the landscaping at eight FWCS buildings from 8 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, July 17. This initiative is part of a special Day of Caring sponsored by United Way of Allen County.
Fort Wayne Community Schools' annual ignitED conference will be held from 7:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, at Northrop High School located at 7001 Coldwater Road. This technology and innovation event for educators aims to inspire and empower attendees.
