The University of Saint Francis will present “Bringing Younger Family Members into the Business: A Panel Discussion with Jerry Henry and Meghan Gross,” at the next Family Business Initiative meeting on Thursday, March 26.
Jerry Henry is Owner and President of Midwest Pipe & Steel, Inc., and Paragon Tube Corporation. Meghan Gross is Vice President of Client Strategy and Brand Development at Britton Marketing & Design Group.
A light breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m. March 26, with discussion from 8 to 9:30 a.m. in the Historic Woman’s Club on the third floor of the USF Business Center, 402 W. Wayne St.

Henry serves as a director on the Board of Directors of Old National Bancorp, is President of Paragon Steel in Butler, Ind., and has ownership interest in Adventure Homes in Garrett, Ind., Creative Liquid Coatings in Kendallville, Ind., SRT Aluminum in Wabash, Ind., and Wayne Metals in Markle, Ind. He is also active with various local organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Bishop Luers High School, Riley Children’s Foundation, SEED Fort Wayne and St. Joseph Hospital, part of Community Health Network. Three of Henry’s sons have joined him in family businesses.
After nearly 14 years at Britton, Gross has held roles as a production artist, graphic designer, product development designer and manager, account manager and digital manager. In her current role, she focuses on finding and nurturing clients. Her clients have included Vera Bradley, Lily Pulitzer, La-Z-Boy, Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago and Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, Heartland Sings and ACRES. Gross joined with her parents, Jeff and Sue Britton, when they founded the firm in 2006.
